My mom makes her famous tomato pie every August when all the sweet, vine-ripened tomatoes are overflowing in her garden. This recipe pairs those juicy tomatoes with tangy cheese, fresh herbs, and a flaky crust. I can’t think of a better way to enjoy the flavors of the season.
