Ingredients

1 packet Classic French Vanilla Flavor CARNATION BREAKFAST ESSENTIALS® Complete Nutritional Drink
1/2 cup instant oatmeal
1 cup milk
1/4 cup blueberries
1/4 cup strawberries
1/4 cup blackberries
2 teaspoons sugar
1 carton (small) plain yogurt
2 to 3 ice cubes

  1. While measuring out remaining ingredients, soak oats in milk. Put all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth, or about 3 minutes. Just enough for two!
