This recipe comes from my mom, Loretta Anderson.

Ingredients

1 1/4 lb. uncooked shrimp
juice of 1 lemon
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tablespoon Tabasco sauce
1 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon vegetable oil

Preparation

  1. Step 1

    Peel shrimp. Place shrimp in bowl with all ingredients except vegetable oil. Set aside for at least 1 hour

    Step 2

    Heat oven to 425°F. Coat baking pan with vegetable oil. Spread shrimp evenly on bottom of pan. Bake for 12-15 minutes.
