Ingredients

2 pints small strawberries, whole or halved, stemmed and hulled
Juice of 1 lemon
2 teaspoons sugar
A handful of fresh mint leaves, torn or shredded

Preparation

  1. Toss the berries in a bowl with the lemon juice and sugar and let stand for a few minutes. Toss with the mint and serve.
