Seasoned Bread Crumbs 3

To use in desserts—strudels, crusts, tarts, etc.

Ingredients

4 tablespoons butter
1 cup bread crumbs
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 tablespoon ground cinnamon

Preparation

  1. Melt the butter in a wide skillet over medium heat. Stir in the bread crumbs and toast, stirring often, until golden. Remove from the heat and stir in the sugar and cinnamon.
