Ingredients

2/3 cup dark rum
1/4 cup fresh lime juice
1/4 cup Triple Sec
1 tablespoon grenadine
1/2 teaspoon Angostura bitters
1/2 cup fresh orange juice
Garnish: 4 bamboo skewers, each threaded with a lime wedge, an orange wedge and a maraschino cherry; lime slices

Preparation

  1. In a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes, combine rum, lime juice, Triple Sec, grenadine, bitters and orange juice. Shake the drink for 30 seconds, and strain it into 4 tall glasses filled with ice cubes. Garnish drinks with the skewers and the lime slices.
