Ingredients

1 cup (about 3/4 of 12-ounce can) frozen pink lemonade concentrate, thawed
1/2 cup canned cream of coconut (such as Coco-Lopez)
1/2 cup white rum
1 tablespoon grenadine
2 ice cubes
Garnish: maraschino cherries
