Ingredients

2 cups chopped peeled and cored fresh pineapple (labeled "extra sweet")
1/2 cup ice water
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
2 tablespoons sugar
3/4 cup vodka
Garnish: 6 lime wedges

Preparation

  1. Blend pineapple, water, lime juice, and sugar in a blender until very smooth. Fill 6 tumblers with ice and pour 2 tablespoons vodka into each. Divide pineapple mixture among glasses and stir.
