Parsley Sauce

    Makes 1/2 cup

Ingredients

1 garlic clove, chopped
1 cup loosely packed fresh parsley leaves
1/4 cup olive oil
Coarse salt and fresh ground pepper

Preparation

  1. In a blender, purée the garlic, parsley, olive oil, and 3 tablespoons water until smooth. Season with salt and pepper. This recipe makes a generous amount of sauce. Any leftover sauce can be stored in the refrigerator, covered in an airtight container, for up to 3 days.
