Ingredients

1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 teaspoons Creole mustard (see page 93)
1 teaspoon grated lemon zest
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice

Preparation

  1. Combine the ingredients in a small bowl, cover with plastic, and refrigerate until needed.
