12 ounces gin
5 ounces lemon juice
1 ounce pineapple syrup
6 Maraschino cherries for garnish

Preparation

    Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add the gin, lemon juice, and pineapple syrup. Shake vigorously until the outside of the shaker is beaded with sweat and frosty.

    Step 2

    Strain the cocktail into wineglasses. Garnish each with a cherry and serve.
