Preparation

  1. Prepare just as for the master recipe, #246, but with swapped ingredients: a layer of asparagus tips, portions of sole, salt and pepper, scallions, tarragon, EVOO, lemon zest, and lemon juice. Bake for 14 to 15 minutes, rather than 20. Serve with salad and bread.
