Ingredients

1 tbsp mild honey
2 tsp nutmeg plus extra for garnish
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 bottle Crispin Pear cider
4 oz. heavy cream

Preparation

  1. Step 1

    In medium saucepan mix Crispin, honey and 1 tsp nutmeg and heat until boil.

    Step 2

    While heating cider, in large mixing bowl whip heavy cream, nutmeg and brown sugar until stiff peaks form.

    Step 3

    Turn off heat under cider mix when it begins to boil.

    Step 4

    Pour into coffee mugs and top with whip cream and garnish with nutmeg sprinkles
