Recipe information

  • Yield

    Serves 2 to 4

Ingredients

3/4 cup whipping cream
1/2 cup light corn syrup
4 ounces semisweet chocolate, chopped
1/4 cup firmly packed dark brown sugar
1 pint coffee ice cream
Chopped toffee candy (such as Heath bars or Almond Roca)

Preparation

  1. Step 1

Bring cream and corn syrup to simmer in heavy medium saucepan, stirring occasionally. Pour 2/3 cup mixture into bowl. Add chocolate to bowl and stir until chocolate melts and sauce is smooth.
