Ingredients

1/4 cup dry gin
2 tablespoons plus 3/4 tsp. simple syrup
2 tablespoons heavy cream
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
1 small egg white
4 drops orange flower water
Club soda
2 half orange wheels for garnish

Preparation

  1. Step 1

    Shake first 6 ingredients in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Cover; shake vigorously 20 times. Strain into a Collins glass filled with two large ice cubes. Top with club soda and garnish with oranges.

    Note: in the video Andrew Knowlton left out the orange flower water. He implores you not to do the same.
