Meet the one-pot braised chicken thighs we keep coming back to time and time again. They’re seasoned with a Smoked Paprika and Sun-Dried Tomato Pottliker, a savory broth that tastes like liquid gold. And the recipe comes from chef, author, and TV personality Carla Hall.

Hall has no shortage of accolades in the food scene. She’s competed on shows like Top Chef and Top Chef: All-Stars, hosted the Emmy Award–winning series The Chew, and written cookbooks including Carla Hall’s Soul Food, Carla’s Comfort Foods, and Cooking With Love. She’s also appeared on the Bon Appétit podcast, Dinner SOS, with editor in chief Jamila Robinson, discussing how the two celebrate Juneteenth.
